Very nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but has all the basics. Canal-view room was lovely, quiet. Prime location in a nice neighborhood with many shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to many popular sites in Amsterdam, also very close to both tram and metro to get anywhere farther away. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Business friendly hotel - all fairly basic but with a decent room size, good shower, fast wifi and a gym, it worked well for my short stay in Amsterdam. Location is also very good, being only a few mins from the city centre, close to Anne Frank’s house and Dam Square. A good option.

During our long stay as a couple at this wonderful hotel, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. In fact, I must say they are among the best I've encountered at hotels around the world. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were evident from the moment we checked in until our departure. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly set them apart. Combined with the hotel's unbeatable location and charming atmosphere, it made for an unforgettable stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The location was fantastic to walk everywhere we wanted to go and close to tram and metro lines.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. No problem! We were told to return at 3pm, which we did. At 3 we were told that our room still wasn’t ready… “give us 15 more minutes” is what we were told. Ultimately, after checking with the desk 3 times, every 15 minutes, our was ready at 3:45. Upon arrival at the room, we found that it hadn’t been made into a King bed and we waited another 30 minutes for that to happen. This was a very poor first impression! Breakfast was nice but didn’t make up for the poor check in experience.
